Bye Bye Blogger!

And I'm converting to Tumblr. Why?

-Blogging at Tumblr just seems less complicated
-The new Facebook photo viewer won't allow me to move photos
-Tumblr's given me more followers and easier access in viewing other people's blogs
-My Tumblr layout looks way better

So it's been great.Blogger, really it has, but I'm moving to http://www.antonmiranda.tumblr.com

USA-Part 4

After Disneyland, we drove straight to my uncle's house and slept extra early cause we were leaving for San Fransisco the day after. So the next day, we woke up extra early cause the drive would be really long(5 or 6 hours, I think?) Our first stop was at Andersen's, they're rumored to have the best pea soup in America and I have to say, it's really good, everything from flavor to texture, adn they serve it hot, most restaurants tend to forget that. I ordered a Reuben which went really well with the pea soup and the potato salad it came with, oh and the really warm, soft and buttery poppyseed rolls with cheddar on top:)

After lunch, we stopped by a lone gas station in the middle of the freeway, now that's all-American at its best!

So I open the car windows, let the wind run through my hair and watch stuff go by, from windmills to vineyards and road signs

We arrived at my mom's friend's house at around 4 pm when the sun was down. The cold San Fransisco air made me feel really perky, so I decided to do a Lookbook shoot with my sister

The next day, we took the train going to the city(first time riding one!)

I'm not a fan of tours but my mom insisted we take one and it was actually okay. Really friendly tour guide and your usual Hawaiian-shirt wearing tourists from Florida(seriously!):))

After the tour, we walked going to the Alcatraz tour. Had some authentic San Fransiscan clam chowder in a bread bowl, a fruit cup and yogurt, plus I fed the pigeons!

The boat dropped us off at Alcatraz where we walked around the whole prison. Really creepy place, I wouldn't wanna go here at night:))

After Alcatraz we went to Pier 39 to check out the sea lions and sample some authentic San Fransisco street fare. I didn't wanna waste the opportunity so I loaded up on corndogs, crabcakes and funnel cakes. I got really full after

Then I got into the mood for a Lookbook shot

We went to Union Square after, my mom and sister went to Gap and Forever 21, I went to Bloomingdales and Urban Outfitters, they had the Michael Bastian grey herringbone pants with the brown leather suspenders:|
